Special Edition models add electronic climate control and a Concert radio with single CD player to the A2 standard equipment list, which includes 15-inch alloy wheels, remote control central locking, electric front windows and mirrors and a full complement of safety and security features. All optional extras currently offered for outgoing Standard models will be available to A2 Special Edition customers.

The A2 1.4 TDI Special Edition is capable of covering up to an impressive 64.2 mpg (combined cycle), produces an exceptionally low CO2 output of 116g/km, can accelerate from rest to 62mph in 12.3 seconds and, where permissible, is good for a 107mph top speed.
